Well…Looks like Iowa really was overrated mediocrity. Too bad… I thought they would really help give credibility to the Big Ten this year. MSU did a good job beating the Irish despite trying to blow it at the end. U-M had a second week of “Most depressing blowout win” after being down 21-7 in the 1st with no offense (blocked punt TD). Smith still can’t figure out his O-Line is making holes to run through, not piles of linemen to run into.. Penn State beat Temple for once after honoring Football Legend Joe Paterno… because that was a good idea. Indiana and Maryland look like they may not be even bottom 5 in the Big Ten which is scary and confusing… Rutgers still sucks. Northwestern finally won a game but is probably still awful. Purdue is even worse than Rutgers. I’m surprised they didn’t find a way to lose on a BYE week. Illinois is not good but will probably catch one Big Ten team sleeping and pull off an upset. Minnesota could be this year’s Iowa… They may be OK and don’t have a super tough schedule. Someone finally told OSU the football season started, but I’m not sure how good Oklahoma actually is… OSU could be scary…
